Support privacy notice

We use this portal to provide customer support for ShiftCycle and JoinSpace. Ailze Ltd is responsible for the support information you provide.

Information in your support account

We store your name, email address, password hash, email-verification records, company name, ticket conversations and any files you attach. Passwords are hashed. Verification codes expire and are stored as keyed hashes.

How we use it

We use your details to verify your email, locate your product account, investigate requests, reply and send ticket notifications. The portal uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account. It does not include advertising or analytics trackers.

Access and service providers

You and authorised Ailze support staff can access your tickets. Hosting providers store portal data, and the configured email service delivers verification codes and notifications. Please avoid including identity documents, payment details, passwords or unnecessary personal information in tickets.

Your questions and requests

To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, contact admin@ailze.co.uk. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons. See Ailze’s company privacy policy for additional information.
